Why We Selected It
We selected the Weston for its finish, and the finish is the reason to know Teleria Zed. The house built its name rediscovering old Italian handcraft and pairing it with genuine research into treatment — the washes, overdyes, and sandblasts most makers buy in, they study. Rhum takes its name from aged spirit, and the color earns it: a warm amber-brown with the depth of something that has spent time in a barrel.
Craftsmanship
Handmade in Italy by Teleria Zed from their signature APD cotton blend, cut to a slim Italian fit that holds a clean line through the body. Their working formula is careful fabric selection, obsessive attention to fit, and continuous study of treatment. Classic Western detailing throughout: pointed spread collar, full snap front, dual snap-flap chest pockets, and Western yoke stitching front and back, closed with antique brass snaps.
The Finish
The sandblast lifts the highs and lets the rhum overdye settle into the seams, so the shirt arrives with character already worked into it. Done piece by piece rather than by the batch, which is why the tonal variation belongs to your shirt alone.
Styling
Rhum is the Weston that does the most with the least. It sits against indigo denim, cream knitwear, and cognac leather, and it warms a complexion the way grey and black never will.
