Free shipping and free exchanges with a restocking fee for returns
Return Policy:
We take pride in offering the best quality products available, and we want you to be happy with your purchase from HYDE. If you're not completely satisfied, simply return your merchandise to us for a refund or an exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and unmarked with no signs of wear. This includes the original tags, packaging, garment bag(s), dust bag(s), shoe boxes and authenticity cards if applicable.
Returns must be submitted within 14 days from the date the item is marked delivered by the shipping charrier to be eligible for a refund to your original payment method, and 30 days for an exchange or store credit to be processed.
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Credit and debit card purchases will be refunded to the card on which they were originally charged. If you no longer have the card used for the order, please contact us in advance.
Exchanges and store credits are free of charge and are not subject to a restocking fee.
All returns must be submitted via our customer service team.
To initiate an exchange or return, please email us at returns@hydeluxuryapparel.com with your order number and let us know which items you are interested in returning or exchanging.
If a refund is selected, a 15%* restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount. Shipping and Package Protection charges are also not subject to a refund.
Please note, items from different orders cannot be combined within the same return.
Exclusions:
Please note that all special orders, and most exotic furs are final sale. Items that have been altered or repaired by an external repair service are not eligible for a refund or exchange. Markdown items are always final sale.
Faulty Items:
We do our best to inspect each and every item we ship to our customers. In the event that you receive an item in imperfect condition we will gladly ship you a replacement at no additional cost or provide you with a full refund. Damaged or defective items will receive a full refund and are not subject to a restocking fee.
