Craftsmanship

Made in Los Angeles by a three-generation family leather atelier with over four decades of craft behind every seam. The skin is English domestic lambskin — selected for its unusually tight fiber structure, which produces a full-bodied, supple leather with a uniformity of drape and color that is the direct result of a full aniline finish. Only the top ten percent of world skins qualify. Six to seven skins are hand-matched for color, grain, texture, and thickness before cutting begins. Every seam is sewn at exactly ten stitches per inch. The entire finished garment is pressed.

The Obsidian Noir finish

The NuBuck Print process adds a final layer of distinction: the skin is drum-dyed for rich, even color saturation through the full depth of the leather — not a surface coating — then buffed to reveal a velvety patina, then pressed with an embossed pattern that gives the surface its signature three-dimensional texture. Black that goes deeper than black. The jacket is framed with smooth Napa leather trim in Noir — a clean, lustrous black that complements the textured embossed shell, tonal black on tonal black, refinement in the details.
