Made in the USA by a three-generation family leather atelier with over four decades of craft behind every seam. The shell is English domestic lambskin, tanned in Italy and finished on the suede side. The skin is double-dyed — a lighter base layer first, a darker moss layer applied over it — then hand-buffed to achieve its distinctive distressed, burnished appearance. Six to seven skins are hand-matched for colour, grain, texture, and thickness per garment. Every seam sewn at exactly ten stitches per inch.

The lighter base tone beneath the darker moss layer reveals itself gradually with wear, creating tonal highs and lows that give the leather genuine dimension and depth. Smooth Rustic Napa leather frames the placket and double collar — a warm, lustrous contrast to the matte distressed shell.
