Care & Craftsmanship Warranty
At HYDE Luxury Apparel, every garment is created from exceptional materials and crafted through specialized artisanal processes. Our collections are designed to be worn, enjoyed, and preserved for years to come.

We take great pride in the integrity of our craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of every piece we offer. This warranty reflects our commitment not only to construction excellence but also to long-term client care and the stewardship of luxury garments.

Limited Warranty Coverage
HYDE Luxury Apparel provides a six (6) month limited warranty from the original date of purchase covering verified manufacturing defects.

Covered concerns may include:
• Construction or seam failures resulting from manufacturing defects
• Hardware or closures proven defective under normal wear
• Structural issues determined to have originated during production

Each garment submitted for evaluation is carefully reviewed by HYDE Luxury Apparel or an authorized specialist to ensure a fair and accurate assessment.

When a manufacturing defect is confirmed, HYDE will determine the appropriate resolution at its discretion, which may include professional repair, restoration, or replacement with the same or a comparable item.

Where identical materials are unavailable, HYDE reserves the right to utilize comparable materials of equal quality and value.

Proof of original purchase from HYDE Luxury Apparel or an authorized retailer is required for all warranty evaluations.

The Nature of Luxury Materials
HYDE garments are crafted from natural and artisanal materials, including leather, shearling, fur, wool, cashmere, cotton, and specialty textiles. These materials possess inherent individuality and evolve naturally over time.

Variations in color tone, texture, and grain, natural markings, hair pattern or direction, and softening or patina development are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.

Normal wear may include gradual softening, compression of fur or shearling, minor relaxation of stitching, and natural aging consistent with regular use.

Care & Maintenance
The longevity of luxury garments depends upon thoughtful care and proper maintenance.

Clients are encouraged to follow recommended storage and cleaning practices appropriate to each material. Professional specialists experienced in fur, leather, and shearling garments are strongly recommended.

Damage resulting from improper cleaning, storage, or maintenance practices is not covered under warranty.

Garments submitted for evaluation or repair may require professional cleaning prior to service. When required, cleaning costs are the client's responsibility unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.

What Is Not Covered
The HYDE warranty applies specifically to manufacturing defects and does not extend to damage resulting from wear, external causes, or environmental conditions, including but not limited to:

• Snags, pulls, abrasions, or friction damage
• Cuts, holes, or rips in leather, fur, or shearling
• Damage caused by sharp objects or impact
• Accidental damage or misuse
• Color transfer from other garments, accessories, cosmetics, or environmental contact
• Exposure to moisture, pests, smoke, or environmental conditions
• Extreme weather, fire, flooding, or unforeseen events
• Alterations or repairs performed by third parties
• Commercial, rental, editorial, or production use

Damage identified as a snag, pull, cut, or tear is considered external wear rather than a construction defect.

Repair & Restoration Services
Even when a concern falls outside warranty coverage, HYDE Luxury Apparel remains committed to supporting our clients.

Professional repair and restoration services are available through specialized artisans whenever possible. Estimates will be provided for approval prior to proceeding.

Due to the craftsmanship involved, repairs typically require approximately four to eight (4–8) weeks to complete.

Shipping for Service
Clients are encouraged to use a HYDE-issued shipping label whenever provided.

HYDE Luxury Apparel cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage occurring during transit when alternate shipping arrangements are used.

Clients are responsible for applicable shipping costs, duties, taxes, or customs fees associated with international service shipments unless otherwise specified.

Warranty Eligibility
This warranty applies solely to the original purchaser, is non-transferable through resale or secondary ownership, and requires proof of purchase verification.

Concerns believed to relate to a manufacturing defect should be reported promptly upon discovery and within the warranty period.

HYDE Luxury Apparel reserves the right to determine warranty eligibility after inspecting the garment.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HYDE Luxury Apparel’s responsibility under this warranty is limited solely to repair, restoration, or replacement of the garment as determined appropriate.

HYDE shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Lifetime Client Care
Luxury garments are personal investments that evolve with wear and time. While not all concerns fall within warranty coverage, HYDE Luxury Apparel remains committed to supporting the long-term care of every piece whenever restoration is reasonably possible.

Our relationship with our clients extends beyond the point of purchase, with the goal of preserving each garment for years of continued enjoyment.
